PAYMENT TERMS

As a Buyer or Purchaser of any Service from PayBug Payment Services, you understand that initiating a payment transaction constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase products/services using any electronic payment method or authorized payment facility.

You warrant that any electronic payment information provided is correct and complete, and that the payment made will be honored by your financial institution. Payment details will be entered directly at the Third-Party Payment service provider’s webpage. PayBug Payment Services does not have access to your payment details.

PayBug Payment Services reserves the right to refuse payments and will refund canceled orders within 7 working days. All payment instruments are processed using Third-Party Payment service providers, subject to terms agreed between you, your Payment Issuing Bank, and the Third-Party Payment provider. PayBug Payment Services assumes no responsibility for Third-Party Payment service provider behavior or content.

FOR USE IN INDIA ONLY

Material provided by PayBug Payment Services is intended solely for use in India unless otherwise specified. We make no representation that the materials provided are suitable for use in other locations. Users accessing PayBug Payment Services from outside India do so at their own initiative, and we are not responsible for compliance with local laws.

TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, OR DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE
